As a BPO Reporting & Data Analytics Supervisor/Manager at ePerformax, you will be at the forefront of leveraging data to enhance business performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and report developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and processes to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide strategic recommendations for business improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics and reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics, with a strong background in BPO or similar industries.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data professionals.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in data analytics or project management are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
