📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or sales.,Proven experience in driving sales growth and meeting targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian.
