📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure effective communication and support.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
