📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement forestry extension programs to promote sustainable forest management practices.
• Conduct surveys and workshops to educate local communities about agroforestry, reforestation, and forest conservation.
• Monitor forest health and report on forest changes using GIS and remote sensing software.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local stakeholders to achieve common forestry goals.
• Provide technical assistance to farmers and landowners on sustainable land use practices.
• Participate in policy development and implementation related to forestry and environmental conservation.
• Prepare and present reports on forestry activities and achievements to relevant authorities.
• Represent the Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Bangka Belitung at national and international forestry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in forestry extension, community engagement, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable forest management practices, agroforestry, and forest conservation.
• Proficiency in using GIS and remote sensing software (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, or ENVI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the province.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
