In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of our employees.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to improve employee performance and engagement.,Create and manage learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse groups.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
