📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry operators to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to maintain consistency and quality.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and new software or tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy across various departments.,Resolve data entry issues and conflicts, and provide support to team members as needed.,Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.,Maintain and update data entry documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of data entry operators.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or specialized data entry applications.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data security and confidentiality best practices.
