📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
  • Monitor and maintain production standards, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to production standards.
  • Manage inventory and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Provide regular reports on production performance and areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
