ZWM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about heavy equipment and has a proven track record in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and mining industries and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction and mining industries.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the construction and mining industries.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
