📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify invoices accurately and efficiently,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice submission,Maintain and update invoice records and databases,Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance,Support logistics operations by providing timely and accurate information,Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues related to invoices,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational processes,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in invoice processing or related fields,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proactive and self-motivated,Familiarity with logistics and forwarding operations is a plus
