📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Help with cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Assist in promoting sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that all health and safety regulations are met.,Participate in inventory management tasks, including counting stock, updating inventory records, and ordering new merchandise as needed.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for opening hours, including setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is in working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus but not mandatory.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
