Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
• Host and manage social events, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in organizing daily activities and group trips, catering to the diverse interests of our international guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Interact with guests to build a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering a sense of community.
• Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed, using tools like QuickBooks for tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences and high standards of service.
• Adapt to changing guest needs and trends, continuously improving the social offerings at the hostel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bartending or hospitality role, with a strong focus on customer service and event management.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with event planning and social media marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management and cash handling, is essential.
• Certification in food and beverage safety (e.g., SSP, ServSafe) is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences and building a strong community.
