📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer orders.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring efficient workflow.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients and equipment.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
