Your daily tasks will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. • Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
• Assisting with cash handling and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adapting to the fast-paced nature of the restaurant and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
