Crystal Express Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee the efficient management of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle schedules, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring the safety and compliance of our fleet. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Maintain and update vehicle maintenance records and schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and comply with all regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely delivery.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.,Generate and analyze reports on vehicle performance and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
