• Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the school's mission and vision.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Leverage HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to optimize HR processes.
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven expertise in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other departments.
