Hokian Sari Computer is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Seminyak. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs
  • Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
