📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.,Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and distributing documents.,Support the office staff with various administrative tasks.,Assist in the preparation and serving of refreshments to visitors and staff.,Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of office meetings and events.,Provide general support to the office manager and other staff members.,Ensure the office is secure and all safety protocols are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with office software and equipment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
