Rumah Sakit Kirana Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the finance department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain and update the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
