📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
