📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment is running smoothly.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Troubleshoot and repair technical issues as they arise.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Monitor and report on the performance of technical equipment and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical needs are met and that operations run smoothly.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Vocational Education, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of technical equipment and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
