📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for MEP systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and schedules for MEP projects.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies.
• Attend site meetings and inspections to verify MEP work and ensure quality control.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations to enhance project profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax and financial regulations.
