Indonesia Snack is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key accounts by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client needs are met.,Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the snack industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
