📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
