Toko Indra Fruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sragen, Jawa Tengah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including staff wages, food and beverage costs, and other expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.,Work with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
