📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant would be an advantage.
