In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving the growth of our commercial cleaning and facilities services in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.,Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support business development initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the commercial cleaning and facilities services industry.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
