NTT Business Process Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Planning & Forecasting Specialist to join our BPO Operations team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives and ensure optimal resource utilization. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency and productivity within our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate workforce planning and forecasting models to support business objectives.,Analyze historical and current workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and develop appropriate workforce plans.,Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure the right talent is available to meet business demands.,Monitor workforce performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on workforce planning activities and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning and forecasting, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in workforce planning software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Certification in workforce planning or related fields is a plus.
