📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily management and maintenance of agricultural fields, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
• Monitor crop health and implement necessary measures to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Collaborate with farmers and supervisors to develop and implement sustainable farming practices.
• Use tools such as GPS devices, soil sensors, and crop management software to track and optimize field operations.
• Conduct regular field inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of work schedules and task assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, including crop yields, pest control, and fertilizer usage.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural operations or related roles.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and techniques.
• Proficient in the use of GPS devices, soil sensors, and crop management software such as CropX or FarmLogs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced agricultural setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
