📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
• Manage and optimize supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier relationship management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing cost-saving procurement strategies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
