As an F&B Outlet Crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our outlets run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and plating techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
