In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our global workplace services, with a focus on creating memorable and impactful events and experiences for our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of global workplace events and experiences.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.,Manage budgets and resources for workplace events and experiences, ensuring they are delivered within scope and budget.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.,Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve and innovate our workplace services and experiences.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the workplace services team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.,Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences, building our brand and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,5-7 years of experience in event management, workplace services, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale events and experiences.,Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.,Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
