📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making
• Stay updated with local labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and administrative tasks
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
