📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP or similar accounting software.
• Manage payables, including payment processing, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed, including data entry, research, and analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong background in financial transactions and vendor management.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with maritime and shipbuilding industry standards and practices is a plus.
