📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import process, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Work with customs brokers to ensure compliance with all import regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels using SAP and Oracle.
• Analyze import data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for inventory and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIUP and TDP (if applicable).
