📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages using premium spirits and mixers
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and orders simultaneously
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology and beverage preparation
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create signature cocktails and mocktails
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry
