📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations using SAP and Excel.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory control.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on inventory management tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail industry operations is a plus.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain is a plus.
